Key Responsibilities:
* Support students aged 11-16 across a range of subjects and ability levels
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to build confidence and close learning gaps
* Assist teachers in delivering differentiated lessons and classroom support
* Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and social development
* Provide tailored support for students with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
* Contribute to a calm, respectful and inclusive learning environment
* Engage in school life, from CPD to enrichment activities
