About The Role
We are looking for experienced Live in Carers to support a young client with complex needs in a 2:1 long‑term, stable placement based in a family home setting. The role suits someone with strong complex care experience, a warm, engaging, proactive approach, and confidence in working within structured care plans while bringing positive energy and meaningful engagement to the client’s daily routine.

What We’re Looking For
* At least 12 months of care experience, including:
o Seizure management
o Tracheostomy care experience
o Nebuliser therapy
o Oral suctioning
* Car driver
* Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
* Good communication skills and IT confidence
* Willingness to be part of a family‑centred care team
* Understanding of safeguarding
* Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
