About the role
This is a full-time, permanent position located in Nottingham. You’ll enjoy a standard workweek of 08:45 am‑17:30 pm Monday to Friday along with 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00 am‑16:00 pm with a day off in lieu in return. The role offers an OTE of £28,000–£30,000 (uncapped) depending on performance.
Responsibilities
* Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
* Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
* Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
* Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness.
* Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.
