Job Title: Sales Assistant – Fragrance Brand

Salary: up to £35,000 + commission
Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to represent a luxury fragrance brand within a department store environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in fragrance and premium retail, who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a personalised, elevated customer experience in line with luxury brand standards.
* Build strong product knowledge across fragrances, candles, and home scents to confidently advise customers.
* Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
* Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional and polished presence at all times.
* Maintain high visual merchandising and counter presentation standards.
* Support daily operations including stock replenishment and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.

* Previous experience in retail, ideally within beauty, fragrance, or luxury environments.
* Passion for fragrance and premium customer service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Sales-driven with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
* Attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
