The Role: Field Service Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Providing on-site support for our managed print solutions, ensuring our clients' systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
· You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform regular maintenance, and provide training to end-users.
· Completing preventative maintenance and field modifications.
· Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining service records in a timely manner.
· Maintaining daily communications with customers and service desk to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
· Drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Location as confirmed is – London/South East
· Driver’s License essential.
