Registered Manager – Home Care

HJ Talent Solutions is partnering with an established home care provider seeking a capable leader to take full operational control of their domiciliary service.
This is a perfect step-up opportunity for a Deputy Manager ready to move into registration, or for an existing Registered Manager looking for more autonomy and growth.
What This Role Involves:
You will hold overall responsibility for the performance, compliance and development of the service. This includes:
* Leading day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth care delivery
* Taking ownership of CQC registration and maintaining regulatory standards
* Managing safeguarding procedures and quality assurance
* Driving recruitment, retention and staff development
* Completing and reviewing care assessments
* Preparing for inspections and audits
* Supporting local business growth and occupancy levels
This role requires someone who understands both compliance and commercial sustainability.
Requirements:
* Experience in domiciliary care leadership (Deputy Manager or Manager level)
* Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks
* Level 5 in Health & Social Care Leadership (or currently working towards)
* Confidence in building and managing care teams
* Experience using electronic care systems (Birdie or Zoho beneficial)
* A full UK driving licence
* An understanding of business development within home care
* Confidence using social media to support brand visibility
