About the Role
As Site Operations Manager, you will lead all production activities at the site, ensuring they are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with customer, company, and legal requirements. Your leadership will be central to driving operational consistency, embedding a strong safety culture, and delivering exceptional performance across people, processes, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide visible, proactive leadership to ensure safety and wellbeing are prioritised in every decision.
* Approve, promote, and oversee the implementation of Health & Safety policies, procedures, and safe systems of work, including monitoring via Work Wallet.
* Foster a culture where safety is embedded, understood, and championed at all levels.
* Ensure all incidents, accidents, near misses, and hazards are reported and thoroughly investigated, with corrective actions completed to root cause.
* Review key H&S data, KPIs, audits, and inspection outcomes, driving continuous improvement.
Operational Leadership & Production Management
* Develop and execute site production plans that meet customer demand, business goals, and delivery requirements.
* Monitor operational performance against KPIs, identifying any gaps and implementing improvements.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, throughput, and operational reliability.
* Conduct routine audits and process reviews to ensure compliance and sustain performance gains.
* Provide clear leadership and direction, building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
* Coach and develop team members, addressing skills gaps and implementing effective training plans.
* Support capability building across the site to strengthen both performance and succession planning.
Customer, Commercial & Growth Focus
* Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams that support business expansion.
* Develop and deliver customer service strategies that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and long‑term relationships.
* Monitor feedback and service metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements.

* Strong leadership capability with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
