Academics are currently looking for qualified and experienced Teaching Assistants for a variety of day-to-day and long-term supply opportunities working within primary schools across the Vale of Glamorgan.

The main responsibility for the 1:1 Teaching Assistant is to support a learner with either diverse learning needs or special educational needs. They will ensure that the learner(s) progress and thrive in a classroom environment.
Responsibilities of a 1:1 Teaching Assistant include:
1. Provide learning support for learners in a classroom environment and in 1:1 situations.
2. Run specific activities tailored to the learner’s individual and social needs.
3. Work as a part of a team to ensure the well-being and personal development of the learner.
