Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Service Manager at The Johnnie Walker Bond.
What you will do:
You will provide senior leadership and management to the Health Visiting and School Nursing Service in East Ayrshire. You will contribute to the Children and Families and Criminal Justice management team and assist the Senior Nurse Manager in achieving strategic and service objectives and supporting operational delivery, working within the Health and Social Care Partnership’s purpose, values, and commitments. You will accept delegated accountability for the delivery of safe standards of nursing and social work practice in East Ayrshire, ensuring a focus on safety, effective management of resources, continuous improvement, staff training and development, and education and research.

Knowledge, training, and/or experience required:
* Registered Nurse;
* Post-registration qualification in Health Visiting/Public Health Nursing and registration on Part 3 of the NMC register;
* Graduate, Masters Level, or evidence of equivalent higher education/experience;
* Demonstration of management competencies;
* Proven management success;
