Your role:
Work closely alongside the Head of UK Wholesale and the wider team to help coordinate and project manage the execution and acceleration of the outsourcing strategy around our multi-asset capabilities. This broad role involves supporting the UK Wholesale team and other functions in delivering key pillars of our models & multi-asset propositions, including client experience, events, education, marketing, content, onboarding, and digitalization.
What we are looking for:
* Coordinate and drive strategic planning with the UK Wholesale distribution management team for our Outsourced Solutions ambitions.
* Collaborate with the Market Insights team and supporting functions to coordinate events and initiatives for our UK Wholesale clients.
* Develop a strong operating and execution infrastructure, ensuring timely delivery of sales, investment, and marketing collateral.
* Build and maintain targeted communication plans for clients and prospects.
* Ensure sales and marketing materials are current and accessible to the sales teams.
* Assist in producing and maintaining the UK Wholesale strategic plan, including facilitating meetings and providing administrative support.
What you can bring:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
* Experience in a distribution role, preferably in financial services.
* Understanding of building and managing channel-specific business strategies.
* Degree level education or equivalent experience.
* Full driving license (preferred).
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
* Flexibility to travel and work hours as needed.
