We are looking for an ambitious individual who is hungry to succeed and looking to advance their career within a growing sales team. You will be responsible for: Generating new business leads and scheduling new business opportunities. Maintaining and keeping the CRM system up to date. Managing own diary and making sure all leads are accurately followed up. Working towards achieving personal and team annual sales targets. This is a remote working role with occasional travel to the Glasgow office. Candidate Profile You should have the following experience: Previous experience of working in a sales / lead generating role. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A confident and proactive approach when speaking to new leads. Be a key contributor to the sales team You should possess strong problem solving skills Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Resilience Self starter Knowledge of the insurance sector is beneficial but not essential.
