Architect - Cambridge £36K-£40K Sustainable projects, collaborative culture, room for progression, hybrid working, and use Revit daily. The perfect place to progress your career as an Architect.Youll be joining an award-winning practice based in the heart of Cambridge. Lots of companies get described as award-winning, but it genuinely means something here - the projects regularly win high acclaim. This RIBA practice is employee-owned, youll be part of a collective voice that contributes ideas to the running of the practice, plus a yearly tax-free bonus when the company performs! We had an Architect start a similar role here at the start of 2026, and their feedback has been glowing. They felt welcomed and engaged from day 1, with an exciting future ahead. You wont become stuck or pigeonholed - the Cambridge studio is small enough to remain agile and offer great all-round exposure to projects. You would be coming in to work on various large-scale projects across sectors, keeping your work mixed and varied. The Role - Architect
* Youll need some post-Part 3 experience as an Architect, ideally delivering projects through all RIBA stages with a focus on project delivery.
* Youll collaborate with design teams and lead your own projects.
* Experience from RIBA stage 3 onwards is essential.
* Experience working with Revit is a bonus.
