Key Account Manager (Organic Food)
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum

Main duties:
Responsible for managing international key accounts and driving sales growth across Northern Europe and Scandinavia, covering Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Scandinavia, Switzerland, Austria
The role:
– Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale and manufacturing accounts across various Europe
– Develop strong, long-term client relationships and understand local market trends
– Deliver against budgeted sales targets through strategic planning and promotion
– Champion the company’s brand ethos and values across international markets
– Coordinate all aspects of the customer relationship including sales planning, pricing,
promotions and marketing initiatives
– Travel regularly to client sites and trade shows in Europe
Candidate's Profile
– Proven track record in international business to business sales, ideally in the organic or natural food industry
– Experience working with international wholesalers
– Highly numerate and confident in using data for analysis and reporting
– Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a flexible, entrepreneurial mindset
– Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish,
Italian are a strong advantage
– Able to travel regularly within Europe and occasionally attend trade shows
