We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a busy manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring product quality and process compliance throughout the production lifecycle. You will play a key part in supporting manufacturing operations, conducting in-process inspections, and ensuring that all teams adhere to established procedures and quality standards. The Role Conduct in-process inspections across various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure product conformity. Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and specifications. Identify and report non-conformances, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions. Work closely with production teams to provide real-time quality support and guidance. Ensure all inspection results are accurately recorded and documented in line with company requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency. Verify that materials, components, and finished products meet required standards before progression or dispatch. Promote a culture of quality, ensuring teams consistently adhere to processes and procedures. The Requirements Proven experience in a Quality Inspector role within a manufacturing environment. Strong experience in in-process inspection is essential. Good understanding of quality control processes, procedures, and standards. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (where applicable). Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with production teams. Familiarity with quality tools and documentation systems is desirable.
