At Swan Retail, part of ClearCourse, we deliver innovative retail and hospitality technology solutions that help our customers thrive. We’re looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our Operations team in Waterlooville.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Implementations Lead and wider operations team to support both internal colleagues and external clients. From hardware setup and server configuration to software installation and on-site client work, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth delivery of our solutions.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same — you’ll be setting up systems, solving problems, supporting projects, and documenting processes, all while collaborating with a supportive and close-knit team.
What you’ll be doing:
* Completing allocated implementation tasks within agreed scope and timelines
* Setting up and configuring hardware and servers
* Supporting internal teams and external clients with technical setup and delivery
* Assisting with hot staging new hardware and updating handover documents
* Providing support to the Helpdesk Team with technical/software requirements
* Keeping work areas clean, organised, and project-ready
What we’re looking for:
* Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Clear, confident communication skills
* Attention to detail and good organisational ability
* A positive, adaptable approach with eagerness to learn
It’s a bonus if you have:
* Previous experience in an Implementations Team
* Knowledge of retail and hospitality environments
