As a Responsible Pharmacist in Pharmacy Care Plus, a group of six community pharmacies, you will be working in a well-equipped independent community pharmacy with an experienced dispensary team who deliver a wide range of pharmacy services to the local community. You wil enjoy working with the team, helping to serve patients and improving the business.
Responsibilities & Duties
Your main responsibilities will be:
· To act as Responsible Pharmacist working closely with the Pharmacy Coordinator
· To carry out pharmacist led services
· To manage the dispensary team
· To clinically check Monitored Dosage Systems.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential skills:-
· Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC
· Willingness to travel to our other nearby Southport Pharmacy occasionally
· The ability to work well within a team and autonomously
You will need Pharmacy First, NMS, Hypertension, CPCS and DMS service accreditation
Desired skills:-
· Further accreditations e.g. to administer Covid and Flu vaccinations. Also to act as a Covid Clinic's Supervising Pharmacist - training can be provided.
