HR Advisor (Hybrid) needed in Kidlington, £15.54ph PAYE - Reference: 367450
Working hours: 8-4, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
1. Provide HR advisory services compliant with Force policy and employment legislation, supporting HR Business Partnering Shared Services.
2. Undertake projects involving research, analysis, diversity data, report writing, and assist in implementing streamlined HR services and practices.
3. Monitor staffing levels against establishment, ensuring PeopleSoft reflects accurate data for both officers and staff, using tools like spreadsheets, PeopleSoft, and ECRIS for changes.
4. Coordinate with Shared Services, ensuring work is completed on time, quality assure data on PeopleSoft, and ensure compliance with data protection laws and policies.
5. Prepare for and participate in resourcing meetings, document minutes, and follow up on actions. Serve as Chair in the absence of the HR Business Partner.
6. Assist with succession planning and forecasting activities, including resourcing needs for custody, CID, PDU, etc.
This is a full-time temporary role.
