Social Network Manager (CRM & Social Media)
Luxury tour operator based in central London is looking for a CRM and Social Media Manager. The role can be hybrid or home-based. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, preferably for a luxury company, is essential. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the company's email marketing program and social media activities.
2. Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
3. Develop and implement organic social media content strategies.
4. Monitor and report on KPIs.
Required Skills:
1. Experience in CRM and social media management in the travel sector, ideally luxury travel.
2. Proficiency with tools like Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
3. Strong analytical skills.
