As a Residential Care Worker, your role is vital in supporting the development and well-being of the young people in our care. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring they are prepared for their day—whether for school or activities—creating a homely environment, assisting with homework, preparing meals, and engaging in fun activities like games or outings. Your presence and genuine interest can unlock confidence and foster a sense of safety and stability.

Requirements:
