Objective:
As a Members' Club Receptionist, you will serve as the ?rst point of co ntact for our esteemed members and guests, delivering a seamless and welcoming experience. Your role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating reservations, and maintaining the clubs exclusive atmosphere. You will ensure exceptional service, uphold club policies,procedures and house rules and work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall member experience.

Receptionist tobe the ?rstpoint of contact forourdistinguishedmembersandguests.Astheface of the club, you will ensureaseamlessand welcomingexperiencewhilemanagingfrontdesk operationsef?ciently.
Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome members and guests, always ensuring a high level of service.
Manage reservations, bookings, and event RSVPs using the clubs CRM syst em on point.
Handle member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with profess ionalism and discretion, asking appropriate questions and deli vering exceptional service.
Monitor and enforce club policies, procedures and rule ensuring that only authorized members and guests access the pre mises.
Ensure you are fully familiar with any exception to th e rule
Ask if you need help. Make notes you can refer to.
Liaise with other depa rtments, including F&B, concierge, and events teams, to enhance the member experience and contribute to the warm and collaborative culture we have built.
Leave attitude outside the business smile and be professional.
Assist with administrative tasks, including processing payments, updating records, and handling correspondence.
Maintain a well-presented reception area in line wit h the clubs brand and standards.
Address and resolve member concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Ensure security protocols ar e followed, including verifying membership details upon entry.
Support the coordination of exclusive event s, private bookings, and member experiences.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Previous experience in a high-end hospitality, luxury member's club, or concierge role preferred.
Exceptional customer service ski lls with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Pro?ciency in reservation and CRM software; is a plus.
Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Discretion and professionalism when handling con?dential member info rmation.
Impeccable personal presentation.
Flexibility to work evenings
