Permanent, Full-Time | Monday to Friday.
Hourly Pay: up to £18.66 DOE + Benefits.

Various Locations Throughout the UK.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and ensure successful execution of civil projects across water network infrastructure.
* Oversee diverse tasks such as mains laying, ducting, draw pit construction, and reinstatement.
* Perform various excavation techniques, including mechanical and manual digging.
* Provide weekly safety, plant, and labour performance reports.
* Provide technical guidance and supervision on civil engineering tasks.
* Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
* Ensure that all work meets industry standards and regulations, conducting inspections, quality checks, and implementing any necessary corrective actions.
* Coordinate plant and resource requirements with the Civils Site Manager.
* Ensure health and safety protocols are clearly communicated and strictly followed, while upholding high safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in Civils Site Supervision, preferably in the water industry.
* CSCS Supervisor Card, SSSTS training, CPCS Lift Supervision and Signaling, EUSR Blue Card, full UK driving licence.
* IOSH/NEBOSH/SMSTS (obtained or in progress).
* Strong focus on customer service.
