Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Manage and train kitchen and front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food production processes effectively.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
* Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
* Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities.
Skills
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Excellent knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
