The purpose of this role is to elevate current Supply Chain processes & tools by designing, developing, and integrating industry-standard solutions, and significantly improving data and insights required to drive decision making.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Review current processes to identify cross-functional improvement opportunities (Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Warehousing).
* Build dashboards and KPI reports (inventory, forecast accuracy, lead times, supplier performance).
* Gather, clean, and validate data from ERP, WMS, TMS, and procurement systems.
* Automate existing tools and processes to improve efficiency.
* Drive continuous improvement and adopt new Power BI features and best practices.
* Analyse supply chain trends to identify risks, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities.
* Help define and improve key performance metrics.
* Create data visualisations and present insights to stakeholders at all levels.
* Support demand and supply planning with data-driven insights and scenario modelling.
* Work with IT and data engineering teams to optimise data pipelines and automate reporting.
* Collaborate closely across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, Quality, Commercial, and Finance.
* Contribute to system implementations by defining data and reporting requirements.
* Support digital transformation initiatives (AI/ML, predictive analytics, advanced planning systems).
* Maintain master data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance and security.
* Support NetSuite implementation and rollout.
What Experience & Skills You Will Need:
Essential
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analysis, or operations.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and supply chain software tools.
* Experience in designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports
* Advanced knowledge of Excel (VB/Macro)
* Process improvement experience
* Change Management & Continuous Improvement Management experience
* Knowledge of statistics
Desirable
* Supply Chain Management experience
* Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus
