Key Skills Data Migration: Expertise in managing end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring seamless data transfer between systems while maintaining data integrity. Cutover Planning: Proven experience in planning and executing cutover strategies to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption. Dress Rehearsals: Ability to coordinate and lead data reconciliation and testing activities through mock runs or dress rehearsals for migration readiness. ETL Processes: In-depth understanding of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to streamline the movement and transformation of data across environments.
