Associate Consultant, Global Partnerships
We are seeking a detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and highly organized individual to join our Global Partnerships team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to support and develop one of Control Risks' key strategic functions—our expanding portfolio of global partnerships.
As the Associate Consultant, Global Partnerships, you will serve as the operational backbone of our partner ecosystem: ensuring relevant commercial and marketing data is accurately captured, analyzed, and shared; coordinating joint events and thought leadership initiatives; and educating our consultants on our partners' capabilities—and vice versa.
Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely entry of referral, resell, and co-marketing data into internal systems (e.g., CRM, trackers, reporting tools).
* Develop a solid understanding of Control Risks' core offerings, internal structure, and regional variations.
* Understand the capabilities and technologies available via our partner ecosystem.
* Maintain structured records of partner activities, updates, and deliverables.
* Support regular reporting and analysis of partner-related performance metrics.
* Coordinate follow-ups with partners and internal stakeholders to advance workstreams.
* Assist in aligning sales, marketing, and business teams around partner-specific opportunities.
* Support partner identification, vetting, onboarding, and enablement processes.
* Contribute to developing a structured partner enablement program.
* Help maintain a centralized library of partner content, positioning, and training materials.
* Identify process improvements and communication gaps proactively, and propose ideas for review.
Ideal Candidate
* Intellectually curious with a desire to understand the 'why' behind processes.
* Basic understanding of project management; reliable and methodical in managing data, tasks, and follow-ups.
* Excellent written communication skills, adaptable tone for internal and external audiences.
* Interest or background in geopolitics, risk management, security, business risk, crisis management, or investigations is a plus.
* Enjoys cross-functional collaboration but can work independently with good judgment.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and partner risk management platforms (e.g., threat intelligence, business continuity tools) is desirable.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
What We Offer
This role provides a unique opportunity to learn and influence the mechanics of a growing global partnerships function. You will gain exposure to our technology partners, business teams, and senior stakeholders across regions, with mentorship from experienced professionals, building a foundation for careers in partnerships, project management, or risk consulting.
Benefits
* Competitive compensation and benefits package, detailed in the full job offer.
* Discretionary global bonus scheme based on performance.
* Hybrid working arrangements supporting flexibility and in-person collaboration.
* We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring fair treatment regardless of background.
