We are looking for a passionate Healthcare & Early Years Teacher to join our team and contribute to our students' success. Key Responsibilities: Carry out formal scheduled teaching on programmes ranging from level 1 to 5 Undertake a personal tutor and/or programme leader role to groups of students in order to maintain high achievement rates. Prepare delivery plans, sequenced learning plans and learning materials. Mark students' work and carry out internal quality assurance. Work as part of the team in the monitoring, reviewing and evaluation of all aspects of the programmes. Maintain appropriate College records, and the follow the College Quality processes. Participate in self-assessment procedure in order to monitor and evaluate performance. Carry out student reviews and tutorials.
