Intern UK and Global Clients Marketing
This year-long internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, collaborative marketing function. Working closely with the team head, the intern will support the execution of the UK and Global Clients marketing plans.
The role offers exposure not only to the Northern Europe Marketing team, but to the wider EMEA and Global Product Solutions and Marketing function, offering a broad view of marketing in a global asset management environment.
The role will specifically deliver considered marketing plans for the UK and Global Clients using the full mix of marketing channels. The successful candidate will strive to represent the client internally whilst also providing a credible representation of global marketing within the organisation.
The role is based in our London office.
What you do
* Local marketing strategy: Support delivery on strategic and tactical marketing plans for relevant client segments
* Campaign management: Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of access and adapting materials to meet local compliance needs
* Event management: Support the planning and execution of event schedules, including webinars, roadshows, roundtables, and client event
* Digital and social media execution: Support the scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of email marketing and social media posts across corporate channels. Maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with campaigns
* Regulatory compliance: Work as part of a team to ensure all materials and activities comply with local regulations
* Project management: Track campaign activity, input updates into internal tracking tools, and assist with reporting where needed
* General administrative and marketing operations: Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks including asset organisation, approvals, research, and internal communications. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and compliance standards within all marketing outputs
* Competitor activity: Keep abreast of competitor activity and general market trends. Suggest programme enhancements where relevant
* Team collaboration: Build relationships and actively collaborate with team members within valued partnered teams; marketing, distribution, compliance, product, investments.
What you bring
* Strong interest in marketing and communications
* Previous internship or university experience in marketing, communications, business, or related discipline (desired)
* Interest in financial services or investment management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to use Microsoft Copilot, with a strong commitment to ethical and responsible AI practices
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
