About the Role An established and growing roofing and construction contractor based in Sussex is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead and coordinate all internal operations. With a strong presence across the South of England, the company delivers high-quality roofing solutions — both flat and pitched — across a range of commercial, residential, and local authority projects. This senior-level role will take responsibility for the overall performance and smooth running of the office, including HR, compliance, finance coordination, and operational oversight.
