We’re hiring Machine Operatives to join a well-established and fast-paced manufacturing business in Scunthorpe.
This is a hands-on production role, ideal for someone with experience operating machinery in a high-speed environment. You’ll be running machines, performing quality checks, and packing finished products — so attention to detail is key.
What you'll be doing:
* Running production machinery safely and efficiently
* Quality checking products to ensure they meet required standards
* Packing and preparing products for dispatch
* Monitoring production output and reporting any issues
* Working as part of a team to maintain high productivity and cleanliness on the shop floor

What we’re looking for:
* Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
* Previous experience operating machinery (essential)
* A good eye for detail and strong focus on quality
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):
* 06:00 – 14:00
* 14:00 – 22:00
* 22:00 – 06:00
3-shift rotation, between 06:00 until 14:00, (Monday to Saturday), 22:00 until 06:00, (Monday to Friday) and 14:00 until 22:00 (Monday to Friday
8- hour shifts - (Average 42.66 hours per week)
Qualifications
* Proven experience in fabrication, machining, or manufacturing environments; warehouse experience is required.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production processes.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
