At Northgate Vehicle Hire, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Centralised Mobile Operations as a Team leader.
In this position, you will lead day‑to‑day operational activity, ensuring your team delivers against key KPIs and service levels agreements. As a Team Leader you will provide a motivational environment, proactively managing performance, resolving challenges and identifying development opportunities.
As a hands‑on leader, you will help shape a high‑performing team that delivers excellent customer service, maintains fleet compliance, and supports effective control of operational costs across our workshop operations.
