We’re looking for a confident and driven Customer Support & Sales Advisor to join our growing MedFx team. This role is all about providing outstanding support to clinical beauty professionals.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality customer support via phone and email with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in line with internal procedures
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a fast, professional, and reliable service
* Proactively identify sales opportunities by growing existing accounts and following up on leads and campaigns
* Promote the MedFx House of Brands to existing customers, new clients, and prospects
* Support product launches, special offers, and brand initiatives to achieve targets
* Approve and onboard new customer accounts, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
* Liaise with courier services to resolve delivery issues and achieve the best outcomes for customers
* Meet company KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets
* Handle administrative tasks related to the department efficiently
* Escalate issues or risks to the Contact Centre Manager where appropriate
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and support wider team activities when needed
* Comply with company policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
