A state of the art modern office with a friendly working environment You willengage with tenants to ensure the smooth delivery of required works in terms of time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will also be required to independently manage contractors and consultants, lead on project delivery from scoping through to completion and ensure compliance with legislative standards including HHSRS, Decent Homes, and Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation). In addition you will beresponsiblefor developing specifications, costing and procuring works, managing budgets and ensuring programmes are delivered on time and to the required quality. The successful candidate will haveexcellent project management, contract administration, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to engage effectively with residents and partner organisations. You will havegained experience within a construction, maintenance or social housing environment with experience of managing contractors and consultants. You will also have the ability to produce specificationsand possess good operational knowledge of health and safety in relation to the building industry. A Technical, trade or energy qualification in a construction based discipline is desirable .
