Those huge small victories

Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day-to-day life. This involves being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. Our support workers enable our young people to regain their childhood and create pathways to become well-rounded adults – an incredibly rewarding role. There will be challenges, but also small moments that feel like huge victories!

Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming to create the best possible outcomes. Our support workers are fulfilled by making even the smallest positive changes, and we celebrate these little victories.

Check out this video on what life as a Children's Residential Support Worker is like.

Get out what you put in

You’ll care for our young people daily, ensuring everything runs smoothly and creating lasting memories. Tasks include preparing them for school, helping with homework, completing paperwork, and planning activities. Evenings and weekends are for fun—playing games, football, movie days, or go-karting. Working here is engaging and meaningful, focusing on each young person’s needs and potential to guide them toward a positive future.

What we do for you

We recognize your efforts and reward you with a competitive salary and benefits. You’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in young lives, plus enjoy benefits such as:

* Salary: Base salary of £28,134 - £34,302
* Bonuses: Up to 4 sleep-ins per month paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £3,840/year) and £1,400 Attendance Allowance, assuming good attendance
* Training: A full 4-week induction at our Care Academy
* Holiday: 7 weeks’ holiday
* Progression: Opportunities for promotion from within and participation in our ‘Aspire’ future managers programme
* Flexible benefits: Options to adjust holiday, pension, and life insurance packages
* Wellbeing: Access to wellbeing tools and employee assistance
* Medical cover: Reimbursements for opticians, dentists, and discounts
* Meals provided during shifts
* Facilities: Modern working environments with excellent facilities
* Referral bonus: £1,000 for each successful referral
