Job Description
As Head of Asset Sales you will;
* Be a key stakeholder in the business and be responsible for running a "mini business" within our client.
* Act as a brand ambassador and build the brand in the retail environment.
* Asset manage entire fleet pf capital equipment to retain residual value and reduce maintenance spend.
* Influence the future specification of equipment.
* Identify end of life equipment from existing fleet to be defleeted and sold.
* Manage self and team to be flexible when faced with changing priorities.
The Successful Applicant
Applicants for this Head of Asset Sales role should be able to demonstrate
* Strong business judgement and commercial awareness
* Ability to take a holistic view of the whole fleet to maximise the profitability of the commercial fleet.
* Negotiation skills
* Influencing skills - internally with stakeholders and with clients.
* Experience in developing and mentoring team members
* Ability to think analytically.
* Creative thinking - identifies multiple options to ensure success.
* Ability to manage up and down effectively - feedback on industry trends and other potential opportunities and challenges.
* Outcome focused - finds a way to deliver the annual budget in line with other key objectives.
* Customer experience and referrals to drive repeat business.
* Commutable to Loughborough 2-3 times per week initially
