Level 3 - Teaching Assistant
Full Time – Permanent 37 hours per week term time only.
Working hours are Mon – Thurs 8.30am – 4.30pm & Friday 8.30am – 3.55pm

A vacancy exists in our school/college to provide support for our pupils. The person appointed will:-
Have experience of working with children with special educational needs
Have experience of supporting pupils who may exhibit challenging behaviour
Be willing to undertake additional training
Be a team player with a good sense of humour, who is able to lead and support their peers
Have a sensitive but enthusiastic approach
Have high expectations of learners
Have well developed communication skills, both with children and adults
Experience of the following would also be advantageous:
ASD, SLD or PMLD
A general understanding of Speech and Language difficulties
Supporting those with visual impairments
Supporting those with Sensory Needs
