About the Job The Talent Acquisition Manager is a new position at the IB, created to deliver a sector-leading, inclusive, and innovative talent acquisition strategy that supports the IB’s People Strategy, Capability Framework, and Leadership Development agenda. The Talent Acquisition Manager will position IB as an employer of choice, drive internal mobility, and ensure a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will leverage data, technology, and strong stakeholder relationships to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent, supporting the organisation’s growth and transformation. This role will work with Talent Acquisition Specialists to source high quality global talent across multi disciplines. Partnering also with HR business partners and both internal/external stakeholders, the role will provide a high quality recruitment service which is flexible, cost effective, focused on business need, and delivered with professionalism. Responsibilities Strategic Talent Acquisition: Design and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned to the People Strategy, Capability Framework, and Leadership Development plan. Develop and Lead employer branding, Glassdoor and EVP initiatives to attract top talent. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities. Internal Mobility and Talent Pipelines: Manage and maintain internal mobility, succession, and secondment programmes. Partner with Talent Development team to align recruitment with capability frameworks and career pathways. Stakeholder Engagement: Advise, train and coach leaders, regional HR colleagues and hiring managers on skills associated with Talent Acquisition including Resume/CV screening, Interviewing Skills and Workforce Planning. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and talent communities. Data Analytics and Technology: Harness people analytics and dashboards to inform recruitment decisions and measure effectiveness. Drive adoption of technology (e.g., AI, automation) to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience. Reviews current HCM hiring practices and processes. Operational Excellence: Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with policy and legislation. Support, develop and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Steps in to support key recruitment of senior roles or at times of peak activity. Provides a credible, approachable and knowledgeable service to hiring managers, HR business partners, candidates, and third party suppliers (where applicable). Metrics and Reporting: Set and deliver on KPIs for attraction, retention, diversity, and candidate experience. Provide regular reporting and insights to HR Leadership Team and the wider business. Project Leadership: Lead or contribute to HR and cross-functional projects as assigned by the Head of Global HR or HR Director. Qualifications About You Significant experience in an HR role (in-house or agency) which has given sufficient evidence of: Ability to address complex talent challenges with creative, data-driven solutions. Experience in managing change and driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes. Strong judgement and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. Degree or equivalent experience; CIPD or equivalent HR qualification preferred. Significant experience in talent acquisition leadership roles, ideally in complex or global environments. Proven track record in designing and delivering talent acquisition strategies aligned to business goals. Expertise in employer branding, EVP, and DEI. Strong analytical skills and experience with people analytics and recruitment technology. Experience in developing internal mobility and succession programmes. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills – the ability to translate complex topics to ensure the target audience understands, both written and verbal Report writing Financial analysis/interpretation of data Management of multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, to strict deadlines In addition to your salary, we offer an attractive range of regional benefits including: For UK employees: Annual Salary in the region of GBP 49,314 - 61,642 negotiable dependent on experience) 10% employer pension contribution with a 3% employee contribution Enhanced family friendly benefits 25 Days annual leave, plus public holidays, with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days of annual leave per year. For US employees: Annual Salary in the region of USD 96,722 - 119,879 (negotiable dependent on experience) 10% employer pension contribution with a 3% employee contribution Enhanced family friendly benefits 20 Days annual leave, plus public holidays Life assurance 4x annual salary Paid volunteering leave Excellent continuous professional development Additional Flexible benefits allowance equivalent to 1.5% of Annual Salary to spend on benefits or include in net pay. For Singapore Employees: Annual salary in the region of SGD 97,877 - 122,346 (negotiable dependent on experience) 20% employer's CPF contribution S$1,200 yearly flexible credits 25 Days annual leave, plus public holidays, with the choice to buy or sell up to 3 days additional annual leave using flexible credits Life assurance 2x annual salary Flexible working hours due to nature of work Organization sponsored learning opportunities for professional development Corporate passes to Singapore Zoo, River Wonders and Gardens By The Bay For Netherlands employees: Annual Salary in the region of EUR 72,851 - 91,063 (negotiable dependent on experience) 25 days annual leave, plus public holidays, plus the option to purchase up to 5 additional days of annual leave per year Flexible benefits allowance equivalent to 1.5% of Annual Salary to spend on benefits or as addition to salary Flexible working Bicycle scheme IB Pension Life insurance 2x annual salary Travel and work from home allowance Health insurance allowance Disability insurance Applications will be accepted until Monday 27 October 2025 at 11.55pm (CET).
