Technology Business Analyst Location: Mostly remote with a couple of times a month in the Chester office (or other offices in the UK which you would be provided travel expenses) Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time Reporting to: Group Technology Director A fast-growing technology buisiness which is Private Equity backed is poised for significant global expansion. THE ROLE Technology Business Analyst is a key role supporting technology integration across the firm's acquired businesses. You will work closely with the M&A team, Systems Architect, and stakeholders across the group to assess acquired IT environments, map processes, and support seamless technology migration into our core infrastructure. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Assess and document IT environments of newly acquired companies Identify gaps, risks, and integration opportunities Gather and translate business and technical requirements Map business processes and data flows for consolidation and migration Support Office 365 and enterprise system migrations (HR, finance, etc.) Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver integration strategies Track project progress, support project management activities Develop and maintain key documentation including workflows and integration plans Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Provide post-integration support to ensure adoption and issue resolution YOU The ideal Technology Business Analyst will have prior experience of: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within technology or M&A projects Strong understanding of IT systems and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience in Office 365 migrations and enterprise application integration Skilled in data mapping, process modelling, and workflow documentation Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Collaborative mindset and a proactive, flexible approach Desirable (but not essential): Experience in M&A due diligence or post-merger integration Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL) Familiarity with Power BI, automation tools, or SQL For more information please reach out to Lauren Stutz at La Fosse - ADZN1_UKTJ
