Our supervisors work on activities in quality, installation, and commissioning, both on-/offshore, supporting some of the largest wind farm projects in the world. Resource provision is available for areas across the business, such as Service, Blades, Special Projects, and ad-hoc tasks within NCE. You will also have the opportunity to work on the new V236 technology.
Responsibilities
1. Supervising a team of contractors
2. Project day-to-day planning, registering consumed parts
3. Supporting HSE when needed
4. Conducting daily toolbox talks
5. Completion checks of AWP's and PWI's, and supporting changes to AWP's and PWI's
6. Coordinating vessel transfers with local O/M

Minimum Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years industry experience with WTG's
2. Technical education qualification (mechanical/electrical)
3. Experience as a team leader/supervisor
4. High voltage knowledge and switching experience
5. Full Driving License
6. Fluent English
7. Good IT skills, including MS Office and SAP; strong communication skills
8. Positive, motivating attitude with a problem-solving approach
9. Continuous Improvement mindset
10. Motivated and focused
11. Leadership skills and the ability to take the lead
12. Good process understanding
