* Deliver an outstanding client experience that aligns with luxury service expectations.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring opportunities for repeat business.
* Share product expertise within the team, supporting knowledge of luxury watches, jewellery, and high-value items.
* Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
* Support in-store events, private appointments, and client experiences.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally with exposure to high-value watches or fine jewellery. Other sectors may be considered.
* Proven track record of achieving commercial targets.
* Refined communication skills and a polished, professional demeanour.
* Deep appreciation for luxury craftsmanship and clienteling.
* Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
