We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Hire Manager to support our Hire Manager. In this role, you will be based at the Branch, taking responsibility for the day to day service to customers and supervision of Hire based colleagues. You will be friendly and approachable with an eye for detail, and able to keep the Branch running smoothly in the absence of the Hire Manager. You will proactively identify sales leads and support the Hire Manager to grow the business, whilst leading and motivating staff in a safe environment. You will ideally have some experience of working in a tool/hire or similar business- we also need you to have experience of working in a customer facing role. If you have previously supervised a team then that’s really useful too. You must be self motivated, driven, and able to make the most of this fantastic opportunity.
