* Designs and maintains a reporting framework to monitor IT strategic performance and ensure alignment with business outcomes.

* Works closely with the IT Manager to ensure the structure, capabilities, and planning processes of the team meet current and future needs.
* Implements change effectively and ensures technology-led initiatives are delivered successfully and sustainably.
* Oversees the delivery of IT budgets, targets, and performance indicators aligned with the company’s business plan.
* Supports the Portfolio function and acts as Sponsor for key change projects as required.
* Drives operational excellence in IT by promoting best practice, continuous improvement, and user-focused solutions.
