Job Description
We are seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover. The role involves managing project delivery to time, budget, and quality standards while ensuring safety and compliance across all site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all phases of projects, from planning to completion.
* Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and resources to meet programme milestones.
* Conduct design reviews and apply value engineering to optimise cost and performance.
* Monitor project finances, including procurement, variations, and cash flow.
* Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
* Manage project risks and implement effective controls.
* Support estimating, planning, and preparation for future projects.
* Promote a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability across project teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree, HND, or HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction-related discipline.
* SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent certification.
* Proven experience delivering M&E projects within Tier 2/3 subcontractor environments.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercially aware with the ability to balance schedule, quality, and cost.
* Experience in major commercial, leisure, healthcare, or industrial projects.
