Role Overview
You will provide dynamic support to the CEO, managing both business and personal affairs, including a complex diary, travel arrangements, and personal engagements. The role requires discretion, initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs.
Working Hours & Salary
Full-time: 40 hours per week. Part-time: 24‑30 hours per week.
Full-time salary up to £37,000 per annum for the right candidate, with a discretionary bonus up to £3,000 per year and the option of paid overtime. Part‑time salary is pro‑rata based on hours worked. Location: Lincoln HQ with hybrid working options.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the CEO in personal and business affairs, managing a complex and ever‑changing diary.
* Arrange travel, visas, and international itineraries.
* Research and compile information to produce clear, well‑structured documents and presentations for CEO review.
* Provide discreet support for personal and social engagements.
* Run errands, source items, and fulfil ad‑hoc requests efficiently and tactfully.
* Handle household and lifestyle management tasks, including personal ordering, bank reconciliation, and supplier coordination within a large budget.
* Coordinate HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, staff records, and scheduling.
* Oversee company ordering, budgeting, supplies, P&L management, and communication across the business.
* Plan and deliver company events.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a PA, EA, or Office Manager supporting a senior executive or high‑profile individual.
* Impeccable organisational and time‑management skills.
* Confident, strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
* Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates needs and takes ownership.
* Tech‑savvy and comfortable across digital platforms and Microsoft Office.
* Adaptable, calm under pressure, able to thrive when plans change at short notice.
* Naturally discreet and trustworthy.
* Accountable for ensuring tasks are completed on time to the highest standard.
* Approachable, personable, and professional with a strong cultural fit.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
