This independent practice is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to become part of their small, friendly team just a short drive from Inverness. The practice opened its doors in June 2024 and has quickly grown into a valued part of the local community. Their mission is to provide exceptional, personalised care while fostering strong relationships with clients and their pets. With a calm and welcoming atmosphere, the team takes great pride in delivering high standards of care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for all staff. Facilities are modern and thoughtfully equipped, featuring digital X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, an AI Imagyst microscope, in-house lab machines, and a dedicated dental suite. This allows the team to deliver high-quality care across first opinion medicine, diagnostics, and surgery. The current clinical team consists of 1.5 Vets, a Registered Veterinary Nurse, a VCA, and a Kennel Assistant. The successful applicant will enjoy the support of this collaborative team and will be encouraged to contribute ideas, pursue interests, and grow professionally. Schedule 3 procedures are supported, and nurses are empowered to run their own clinics. They are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Nurse that is skilled and confident in both supporting surgical and diagnostic areas and communicates well with their lovely clients. Work-life balance is a priority, and the rota is designed with flexibility in mind. The full-time role averages 37 hours per week -part-time applicants are also welcomed.
