We're talking pool tables, a café area, wellness rooms, a music studio, an arts room, and cooking classes. This project has been custom-built to support ex-offenders with rehabilitation. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team of specialist support workers helping clients with housing, healthcare, education, and wellbeing. With you being the employment specialist for the project. The go to on all things employment support. The role is based in Southampton. Your role? You step in when they’re ready to move forward. You’ll support a caseload with disclosure letters, CV writing, job searching, and interview prep, helping them take that next big step back into employment.
