They specialise in the full project lifecycle, from design to handover. This is an opportunity to be a vital part of a high-performing commercial and construction team. Reporting to the Estimating Lead, you will provide crucial estimation services and expert advice. You will serve as a key commercial representative, upholding core company values: integrity, dependability, safety, pride, and quality. ️ Key Responsibilities As the Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth by: * Leading Tender Preparation: Preparing and compiling all necessary tender documentation and pre-project data under tight deadlines. * Developing Profitable Estimates: Creating highly accurate, competitive, and profitable estimates from the initial client inquiry to the final bid submission. * Managing Subcontractor Quotes: Thoroughly analysing and verifying all subcontractor/vendor quotations, ensuring complete clarity on scope (inclusions/exclusions). * Presenting to Clients: Representing the company in post-tender meetings and delivering professional client presentations. * Collaborating & Supporting: Actively assisting and supporting the broader Estimating function. * Proactively following up on all submitted bids to maximise success rates.
