Your Role: You’re a Project Manager – Innovation & Delivery who thrives on turning ideas into practical outcomes. You will lead the delivery of capital and operational improvement projects across the plant, ensuring initiatives are well-planned, efficiently executed and deliver measurable results. What You’ll Do: Manage end-to-end delivery of capital and strategic projects from concept through to commissioning Develop project scopes, business cases and capital applications, including costings, benefits, milestones and KPIs Plan, coordinate and manage resources, timelines and workflows to ensure successful project delivery Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure solutions are practical and fit for purpose Liaise with managers, contractors and trades to coordinate labour and support project execution Develop work plans, schedules, estimates and resource plans, while monitoring progress against budgets and timelines Identify and implement innovative solutions, including environmental and energy efficiency initiatives Oversee contractors on site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivery schedules Take a hands-on approach where required, supporting equipment installation and commissioning What We’re Looking For: Experience in project management or continuous improvement within a food or manufacturing environment Strong ability to lead, influence and build positive working relationships across teams Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent time management with the ability to deliver projects to deadline Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Experience with AutoCAD for concept design and layouts (desirable) Why Join Us: Deliver high-impact projects that drive real operational improvement Work across a diverse, vertically integrated beef business Be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment Take ownership of projects from concept to completion Contribute to innovation, efficiency and sustainability across the plant This role reports to the Senior Project Manager and is based at our processing facility near Grantham.
