As the People Ops Lead, you will work closely with the CPO to drive forward operations and have experience with Payroll Process and strategy, effectiveness optimisation, KPI reporting and advising on the full employee life cycle.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a proactive, a strategic thinker and loves to be hands on!
This is a hybrid role, with the team heading into the office 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ownership of the People Operations roadmap, leading on key projects build out the People infrastructure
* Leading the delivery of all end-to-end People processes
* Manage the global payroll processes and activities working closely with the payroll team
* Drive forward the integrity of data and drive initiatives to operate in a data centric approach
* Lead on the integration and optimisation of systems including HRIS, ATS etc.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a People Operations Lead role
* Experience operating across multiple sales service lines, with previous experience of commission schemes.
* Experience of working with senior stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Well versed in HRIS systems and other such leading HR software solutions and services.
