We are seeking a volunteer admin/receptionist for a busy, well organised friendly team based in Edgware. The post holder will provide an efficient and professional reception service for the Treatment Service in Barnet. Duties for the post include responsibility for front of house activities, dealing with initial queries, welcoming clients and professionals into the service, co-ordinating appointments, signposting to support available within the service and the community, administration tasks, accurate information, and data recording. The post holder will also assist and support the Data Administrator and Senior Data Analyst in overseeing the efficient collection, inputting, and recording of all data in Barnet Integrated Services. This will include the preparation and analysis of statistical data and reports as required by the Management Team.
