Join to apply for the Telesales Executive role at Miele GB based at our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. We are looking for someone to join our inbound sales team to create a premium consumer experience and delight customers at every step of the journey.
Responsibilities
* Lead consumers through a detailed consultation to select and purchase Miele appliances that meet their needs and wants.
* Upsell products and accessories to expand the customer’s use of their appliances.
* Deliver a premium service and promote pride and passion for the Miele brand.
* Work as a core member of the Sales team based in Abingdon to hit sales targets and support the customer journey and sales processes with administrative duties.
* Demonstrate knowledge of product ranges and benefits through telephone and email communications; respond to quotations and queries.
* Build rapport, credibility and trust in a customer-facing sales role; multi-task effectively and work well in a team.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role.
* Ability to build rapport and trust; professional, confident communication.
* IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes.
* Strong team player with a passion for the brand and a customer-first mindset.
Hours and Compensation
Your hours are a minimum of 20.5 hours per week, to be worked over 3 days: Thursday 09:45–18:00, Friday 11:00–18:00, and Saturday 09:00–16:00. You may be asked to work flexibly within these hours to accommodate operational requirements.
Salary starting at £13,720 rising to £14,268 post probation, plus an evolving pay, bonus and benefits package.
